Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your travel.

1. Our Role as Agent

Travel Point acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies. We do not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers. Therefore, we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

2. Documentation & Identification

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for their specific itinerary. Passports must generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return. Travel Point accepts no responsibility if you are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documentation.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Travel Point offers comprehensive travel insurance options. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any cancellation penalties, medical costs, or trip interruptions that may occur.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment. Airlines and cruise lines reserve the right to change flight schedules or itineraries at any time.

5. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation penalties apply to most travel bookings. These fees are determined by the individual suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, etc.) and are strictly enforced. In addition to supplier fees, Travel Point may charge an administrative fee for cancellations or changes to cover the time and resources invested in planning your trip.

6. Force Majeure

Travel Point is not liable for any delay or cancellation due to "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or weather conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
