Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. Your first 30-minute conversation is complimentary. It is a chance to discuss your ideas and the help you need. Detailed itinerary research and design start after the scope and any applicable fee are agreed.
Is the planning fee per person?
The tailor-made starting fee of CAD 350 is per trip for a couple or family following the same itinerary. Complex journeys have a starting-fee range of CAD 500–750 per trip, depending on scope. Multiple routes or more extensive coordination may require a different quote. Groups are individually quoted.
Why do some bookings have no planning fee?
For eligible straightforward bookings, the supplier commission covers the booking service. Custom itinerary design involves additional research and coordination, so it has a separate planning fee. We confirm which approach applies to your request before proceeding.
What does “two rounds of adjustments” mean?
After reviewing the proposal, send a consolidated set of changes; that is one round. Tailor-made and complex journey design include two rounds within the agreed destinations, dates and travel party. Additional rounds or a substantial change of brief are quoted before the extra work begins.
Does the planning fee pay for hotels or flights?
No. It pays for the agreed planning service. Travel arrangements, supplier charges and applicable taxes are separate. Any credit of the planning fee toward a booking must be expressly stated in your written quote.
What happens if my plans change or I do not travel?
Your written planning quote sets out payment and cancellation terms before you pay. Changes or cancellation of booked travel also follow each supplier’s conditions. We review the implications and any additional work before proceeding.
Can I start with an idea rather than a destination?
Absolutely. Bring your interests, approximate timing and a comfortable total budget. The first conversation helps us define a useful starting point.
